Mr. Shin started his career with BKL in 1997. As a leading member of BKL’s Banking and CapitalMarkets Practice Group, he specializes in capital markets, corporate finance, corporate governance,private equity, project finance and other related fields of financing. He has also been involved incountless cross-border transactions across various industries. Mr. Shin graduated from KoreaUniversity Law School (LL.B.) in 1991 and Harvard Law School (LL.M.) in 2002 and is qualified topractice in Korea and in New York. He also worked at Kelley, Drye & Warren LLP in New York. He isfluent in Korean, English and German.
