Ho Chan Lee has been managing US investment activity of KTB since 2005 based in Silicon Valley. He has managed over 30 investments and exits across Information Technology and Life Science startups. He has helped US-based startups entering into the Korea market and building business relationship with Korean companies as well as helping Korean startups exploring the US market and advising M&A transactions. Prior to KTB, he worked at Booz Allen as a Management Consultant, developing business strategy and operational excellence projects for major Korean and International corporations. He holds a BS in Business Administration from Seoul National University, and MBA from Haas Business School at UC Berkeley.
Jinsong Hong

Jinsong Hong has started his career at KPMG Korea in 2015 and now a senior accountant at IGH department (Infrastructure, Government, and Healthcare). As a member of IGH, he has a variety of experiences in public sector. He has provided non-audit services to Ministry of Education to review private universities and to Ministry of Health and Welfare to review the government subsidies distributed to hospitals. Also, as an auditor, he provides audit and review services to both Korean and US companies listed in Korean stock market. He graduated from University of Toronto, Canada, in 2013 with a degree in Commerce and Finance.
Jong Il Kim

He has more than 20 years of experience in various departments of KRX and now is in charge of promoting listing of foreign companies on the Korean Stock Market. He was formerly head of listing maintenance review, corporate disclosure and etc.
Sang Woo Lee

Sangwoo Lee is leading US branch of Korea investment Partners and expanding investment port-folios in US, UK, Australia and Israel. He has 18 years of industrial experiences, before his financial career, in diverse area and companies in IT including Samsung Electronics, Dasan networks, and successful venture startups of Neomtel and Polidigm. As an entrepreneur, He led the core engineering development and business development. Neomtel introduced a new service concept of mobile image compression and transmission at 2000 and its graphic technology became a de-facto standard in Korea at early 2000s. The technology was adapted by Qualcomm later and the company went IPO at 2007.
He received his B.S. and M.S. in Control and Instrumentation Engineering from Seoul National University. He is a fluent English speaker.
Byung Chul Kim

Mr. Byungchul Kim, joined Samsung Securities in 1994. Mr. Donghyun Ko has more than 20 years of investment banking services covering capital markets and M&A advisory. He is leading coverage group in investment banking division, focusing on foreign companies in US and Asia. Mr. Byunchul Kim previously executed many monumental transactions in Asia capital market – Samsung Card IPO (Finance), STX Panocean IPO (Shipping), Jinro IPO (Beverage), BGF Retail IPO (Retail), and SsangYong Motors Acquisition, etc. Mr. Byungchul Kim received B.A. from Sung Kyun Kwan University.

Sung Woon Kang is a partner at Yoon & Yang LLC and his main practice areas are securities and finance. He has experience with the issuance of securities by domestic companies through private and public offerings locally and abroad, domestic and overseas loans for financial institutions, project finance, and overseas investment by domestic companies. He also participated in the listing of foreign enterprises on Korea Exchanges for 3NOD and China Great Star.
