Haeng Gyu Lee – Jipyong

Haeng-Gyu Lee is a partner in charge of Jipyong’s Capital Markets Practice Group.  He specializes in cross-border capital markets transactions, and has an extensive knowledge of listing foreign companies on the Korea Exchange as well as of secondary offerings on foreign exchanges.  He has advised the Korea Exchange, the Korea Securities Depository, the Korea Financial Investment Association and top securities companies in Korea.  He advised New Pride Corporation on its IPO on KOSDAQ, the deal representing the first of its kind in that New Pride Corporation was the first US company to be listed on the Korea Exchange.  He is a graduate of Seoul National University and Columbia Law School, and has experience working at New York office of White & Case as an international lawyer.  He is admitted to the Korean and New York bars.
